What counts as a user?

A protected mailbox. Shared mailboxes and service accounts are discounted — we'll be reasonable.

Why is AI protection a flat fee?

So you can scale agents without watching a meter. The platform fee includes a generous validation volume; very high-volume environments get a custom plan.

Do I need both?

No. Many start with human protection and add the AI line when their first copilot or agent goes live. The same engine powers both.

What does the pilot prove?
